Honduran Client Signs Cocoa Bean Processing Line Contract On the Spot After Factory Visit!

Honduran Client Travels Thousands of Miles for Factory Inspection — Signs Cocoa Bean Processing Line Contract On the Spot!

Recently, a delegation of cocoa bean buyers from Honduras made a special trip to our factory for an on-site inspection of our chocolate and cocoa bean processing line. Less than a day after stepping into the workshop, the client signed the purchase contract for the complete production line and paid the deposit in our office — “inspection closed with a deal on the spot” — once again proving the strength of our cocoa processing equipment.

Accompanied by our engineers, the client watched a live demonstration of the cocoa bean roasting machine with its precise temperature control, observed the clean shell-kernel separation performance of the cocoa bean cracker and winnower (crushing and air-separating machine), and checked the fineness of cocoa mass produced by the cocoa bean grinding machine. When they saw the chocolate refiner (conching machine) at the end of the line continuously producing glossy cocoa mass, the chocolate tempering machine steadily managing the crystallization curve, and the chocolate moulding machine demoulding neat, glossy finished chocolates row after row, the client nodded repeatedly: “This is exactly what I want!”

The complete line signed this time covers a full set of single machines, including the cocoa bean cleaning and grading machine, cocoa bean roasting machine, cocoa bean cracker and winnower, cocoa bean grinding machine, cocoa butter press machine (hydraulic), cocoa powder grinding machine, chocolate refiner/conche, chocolate tempering machine, chocolate holding tank, chocolate moulding machine, and chocolate packaging machine — delivering a one-stop Bean-to-Bar processing solution from raw cocoa beans to chocolate, cocoa butter, and cocoa powder.

Honduras is one of the world’s premium cocoa bean origins. The client’s goal for this visit was to leverage a stable and reliable cocoa bean processing production line to turn the country’s resource advantage into real value-added deep processing. During the inspection, the client focused on key indicators such as roasting uniformity, shelling rate, grinding fineness (down to below 25μm), and tempering crystallization stability, and spoke highly of the automation level and the capacity-matching solution tailored to their needs.

Both parties signed the contract in our office and closed the deal on the spot. The client stated that after the line is commissioned, they will process locally grown Honduran cocoa beans to build their own chocolate brand, and plan to add a second-phase cocoa powder production line in the future.

We sincerely welcome customers from all over the world to visit our factory with your own raw materials — test the machines on site, verify the results in person, and let the quality of a freshly ground cup of cocoa speak for itself!
